  This antique charm jumped out to me because of its unusual rectangular shape and intricate raised design. I've hung it on sterling silver cable chain and accented it with 4 of my cast sterling beads (cast from glass rings) and a small mossy sapphire. Another colored stone or pearl is also available to switch out at no cost. The entire piece has been oxidized and tumble-polished to enhance all the delicate details.
